How We Made Our Service Space Work for Us

  • Welcome to the hub of laundry and cleaning in our home! Since our kitchen was on the smaller side, we made the call to knock down the wall and create an extended space. It feels more bright and airy - especially with the windows letting in all that natural light. If you’re looking for a way to air-dry laundry in a small space, the Steigen Solar Pro is a life-saver. It’s efficient, space-saving, and eco-friendly – everything you need for hassle-free laundry days!
  • Our washing machine sits snugly under a sturdy wooden shelf. And look at that fabric cover! We thought, why not add a bit of colour to brighten things up? We didn’t want the space to feel cluttered, so we made sure everything has its place. The wooden shelf keeps all our laundry products within easy reach but hidden from view.
  • We’ve maximized the available space by storing our laundry basket, robot vacuum, a cabinet (which holds essentials like hangers and our trusty hairdryer, keeping everything organized and within easy reach).
  • Tucked away neatly in the corner is our Dreame L20 robot vacuum, quietly charging and ready to go whenever we need it. This little guy is our MVP when it comes to keeping our floors clean. It’s set to clean automatically, but we can also control it remotely if we want to run a quick clean-up. Plus, it fits perfectly in the service yard, staying out of the way but always ready for action.
  • We added two framed prints to liven up the space – a "Laundry Room" sign for a playful self-service vibe, and a laundry guide that’s actually helpful! It breaks down all those tricky care label symbols, saving us from laundry disasters. Practical and decorative! :)
