BRUNO Hotplates

There are 4 temperature settings on BRUNO (Warm, Low, Medium, High). Familiarising yourself with the temperatures will allow you to cook and manage your food better.

• WARM - Keeps already cooked food warm.
• Low Temperature (100 - 130 Degrees) - Pancakes and Crepes
• Medium Temperature (160 - 200 Degrees) - Takoyaki and Hamburg
• High Temperature (190 - 250 Degrees) - Steak and Fried Rice

1. Wait for your plate to cool down before using the wooden spatula (provided) off to clean. If you have misplaced your spatula, use a wooden chopstick to prevent scratches on the plate.
2. After removing the plate, clean the main body with only a soft damp cloth. Wash the attachments when it has fully cooled down with a soft sponge and non abrasive liquid detergent. This helps to protect the coating of BRUNO.
3. Store BRUNO in a cool dry place after washing.
