Hello! Follow us through the kitchen to our service yard where one of our favourite home appliances is! Can you guess what is it? 😉 
Our service yard is small but equipped with essential laundry amenities to make the most of the space (e.g. washing machine, automated laundry drying system, built-in floor-to-ceiling cabinets to store laundry essentials) ☺️ Read more on how we created our service yard in our previous post! Our favourite laundry appliance is none other than Steigen 😍 Over the years, we have upgraded from traditional bamboo poles to BTO ceiling laundry rack (manual pulley system), and now to Steigen automated laundry drying system. As the model that we are using (Solar Pro) features a Solar Drying function, which mimics the conditions of drying under direct sunlight, drying of our clothes can now be done indoors no matter rain or shine! This also eliminates neighbour problems such as smells (from cigarette smoke, cooking of pungent dishes etc), dripping wet laundry as well as high-rise littering — all of which we previously experienced 🥲 With just a touch of a button on the remote controller, the automated Steigen laundry system can be lowered to a comfortable height for us to hang our laundry. No need to climb up and down a chair or manually pull the heavy loaded rack up and down anymore! The poles at both ends are extendable as well, which provides extra space to hang our bed sheets and comforter 👍🏻 Glad that we made the decision to install Steigen in our home!
