  • We kept our bedroom simple. It's a place that's meant for rest and privacy, hence keeping it simple and uncluttered felt like the best way to go. Once again, to reduce renovation waste, we decided to keep the parquet floor. Because this was built in 1996 and they (seemed to) use better materials in the past, we had the parquet floor sand down and stained dark brown.
  • The entrance to the master bedroom toilet is a door that is flushed with the rest of the wardrobe to give a seamless look!
  • Check out the lovely Bowler side table by Hay, complimented by the Flower Pot lamp from &Tradition. We adore classic, well-designed pieces! Also, did we mention, we knocked down all the walls between the bedroom and living room? In its place are sliding doors with fluted glass, and an additional layer of day curtains for added privacy. It definitely gives off a lighter feel to the overall look!
  • The master bedroom toilet is also kept cozy with the use of terracotta tiles and red limewash paint. This ensures it remains warm and earthy.
