Welcome to our 30-ish-year-old HDB Jumbo! 🏡 Our renovation took a bit longer than expected—5.5 months in total. We completely gutted the house while preserving the charming arches in the foyer. Our common spaces boast a sleek monochrome theme, but each bedroom and bathroom (we managed to have 4!) has its own unique personality. There are various jumbo layouts, but the Mrs. had her heart set on this particular one. To future-proof our home, we transformed one of the steps into a ramp, and our two young kids love playing there! 🛝✨
We added a settee with storage to make it easier to put on our shoes. Opposite the steps is our shoe cabinet, which we'll show another time! 👟✨

This pic of the dry kitchen was taken before we installed the switches and water dispenser. Loving the sintered stone that we chose for this area. Fun fact: Our tiles, bathroom and kitchen accessories were all bought from JB. Will reveal more soon!
