Service yard kept simple, functional and aesthetically pleasing

Hi Everyone! Welcome to my service yard. I am super glad that my BTO project came with these window panels instead of the Louvre kind. I got lucky with the black frames as well. Everything is kept in its original state without much renovation. This is the view when I closed the service yard doors. We don't usually hang our dirty laundry as we are using a dryer. We just hang our towels and some clothes that is worn only for awhile and is too clean to be washed. As we are using a dryer, there is no point for us in changing the laundry rack as well. The reason we did not hack our service yard windows and door is because: 1) The standard BTO ones we got are kinda nice on its own 2) We opted for a Rinnai Gas Water Heater from Citygas and thought that doing carpentry here is redundant as we do not have the wall area to accommodate a tall carpentry unit here either and we do not want to eat into the dining space by doing a L-shape here as a dry pantry. 3) We wanted to use a dryer so if we decides to have any carpentry it will be washer on the left and dryer on the right probably, but stacking it is easier for me to just take the clothes out from the washer at the bottom and throw them into the dryer on top. 4) When I do not want my crawling son poking around the yard with a dustbin over there and to prevent any laundry mishaps. I close the doors. :) My electrolux washer and dryer stacked on top of each other. I chose similar series and same brand for a more consistent look. Loving the washer as it has an additional function of helping you to weigh the load and mass of clothes thrown in. Chose a 11kg washer as to cater for a bigger family in the future. Dryer is a heat pump dryer and only 8kg though. Missing here and upcoming: The dreame robot that my husband bought is still in the box unopened that is supposed to self filter and change water on its own. (to be placed on the left in front of the pipes) We did not level the service yard so we have to source for a ramp instead. I placed my bin and cleaning stuffs here for easy access. Also the electrical sockets here are added on after electrical planning, catered two sockets here for the dyson and the heater itself. Got this rack from Taobao and it is serving us well for 3 months now even though I initially bought it for temporary usage. Will shop around for more options in the future. Fixed it up easily. Keeping it simple and functional for now. My husband recommended this oolong tea softener that smells really good haha. A simple laundry basket for now that came with the taobao rack. :) We also installed insect mesh after installing the service yard windows and grille. This offers some privacy as I am facing my neighbour's service yard as well and the common corridor. We are lucky that our common bathroom's window pane is not in the service yard but outside of the service yard and we do not need to do anything to 'hide' it. I saw some other floorplans that has the common bathroom window in their yard and they have to hide it with a backsplash while doing carpentry to extend the kitchen into this space.
