Welcome to our service yard! We decided to keep our service yard simple. No built in carpentry as we think that this is a place where visitors will neglect therefore no point spending money on this area of the house. Right from the start, i knew that service yard should have a window installed for privacy purposes as you would not want your neighbors to walk pass the corridor looking through your service yard. Both of us decided on Steigen instead of a dryer as we know dryer doesnt help to dry the clothes completely yet it requires alot of electricity and long duration to dry the clothes. Steigen has its own light source. It has tri colour. There are different models of Steigen. We chose Steigen Solar Pro because it is the latest when we purchase. There is a showroom for customers to take a look and to understand more about the function of it. No regrets on purchasing it! We have this washing machine rack from Taobao. The price is cheap but quality of the rack was bad. We just had to make use of it until it starts to spoil. We are using a front load 11 kg washing machine. To be honest 11 kg is not enough for 2 of us. We had to do laundry every 3 days. So recommend to get bigger if you can! Lastly, our robot vacuum and Mop cleaner from Dreame! This robot is our go to every week as our part timer cleaner only comes every 2 weeks. It has both 2-in-1 mop and sweep function. But the drawback about having a mop pad means u would have to wash the mop pad otherwise it will have an unpleasant odor.
