Welcome to home tour with @__madeofpebbles to our shared service yard! It is integrated with the kitchen, while we did consider to have a demarcation, but decided otherwise to keep the kitchen spacious. As we are south facing, the window we have in the kitchen had to share some space with my plants! 
trusty automated dryer ! truth be told, we didn't need to use the heat to dry clothes often, but it was a good to have. The space is tight for the service yard, so everything is mostly hidden to make use of the space between the pipings to store laundry nets and hangers, while the space between the washer is to store all the laundry pods, detergents and all. Very nifty and these organisation items are all bought after we stayed a while in the home to learn what is the best way to make use of the space and accurate dimensions help.
