  • Step into our bohemian-Mediterranean haven. The vibrant colors and textures that interplay together. Terracotta walls accentuates the cozy space in a warm glow, while the amber-oak flooring adds a touch of natural elements.
  • Our home is situated at Champions Green, Woodlands South in the North side of Singapore. We particularly chose this development as it is designed to promote wellness. Our 8th floor unit connected conveniently next to the Rooftop Garden. We embraced the open-plan design of our original 4-rm BTO floor plan, creating a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This allows for easy interaction and a sense of togetherness. Bedroom 3 has been transformed into a cozy reading and crafting space, while Bedroom 2 is a playful bedroom for our two toddler sons. Our master bedroom features a built-in L-shaped wardrobe with a connected vanity table, optimizing space and functionality. To allocate our budget effectively as we forgo HDB's optional features, we focused mainly on investing in quality flooring and necessary built-ins like our master bedroom wardrobe, kitchen cabinets and coffee bar.
  • Nestled comfortably against the wall, our television sits at the perfect eye level, inviting us to unwind to our favorite shows or movies. Below, a pair of rattan shoe racks transformed into console tables provide a functional space to display cherished mementos. The shelves are adorned with a delightful collection of travel photos, souvenirs, and decorative accents, each one a reminder of adventures past and future. A vintage clock, a playful ukulele, and a collection of photos add a touch of personal flair to the space. It's a cozy corner where we can relax, entertain, and relive our favorite memories. • These Moroccan poufs, adorned with patchwork patterns in shades of teal, green, brown, and tan, add a touch of boho flair to the space. They are placed on a vibrant, Persian rug hailed from the city of Esfahan ( a gift from my father) , creating a cozy and inviting corner for relaxation and more deeper conversations, perhaps? • This little bamboo beauty from Objet Midvalley, JB is more than just a clock; it's a key player in our boho-Mediterranean home decor. When it comes to styling, we're all about staying true to our natural, rustic vibe. So, even a simple timepiece like this has to fit the bill. And let's just say, it ticks all the right boxes! Truly love the simplicity and natural element!
  • Our love for natural elements runs deep, so it was no surprise when we fell head over heels for this wicker pot from IKEA, FRIDFULL (12 cm) . Not only does it add a touch of nature to our home, but it's also a sneaky storage solution. Who knew wicker pots could be so practical?
  • Another beauty, spotted a nordic ceramic vase whilst shopping for our rattans at Object, Midvalley, Jb.
  • Triple treats! We snagged three air purifiers (and a 55-inch smart TV) when we bought our 4-system AC with PRISM+. With two active toddlers running around, clean air is a must-have. This deal was a total win!
  • This vintage ottoman, upholstered in a deep emerald green leather, complements our existing sofa beautifully. The rustic, aged look adds a touch of character and charm to the space, while the nailhead accents provide a subtle touch of vintage. It pairs perfectly with our arabesque curtains and the vibrant, boho Oaxacan cushion covers, creating a cohesiveness.
  • A Moroccan tray table from IKEA and a rattan coffee table flown in from Indonesia provide functional and stylish surfaces for drinks, snacks and of course, more conversations! The rattan wall light and mirror add a touch of natural elements, completing the bohemian-inspired look. Terracotta wall paint code: Nippon Paint Wet Moccasin (NP N 1385 T)
  • This vibrant wall, adorned with colourful Moroccan plates, creates a visually striking focal point. The plates' intricate designs and bold colours complement our warm terracotta walls. To personalize the space, we've framed cherished photos from our solemnization, capturing the essence of our traditional Arabic wedding attire. Farouq looked dashing in an ivory thobe and Yemeni turban, while my light beige Jalabiya, adorned with lace and a fully-pearled veil, complemented his traditional attire perfectly. Don't you love revisiting your mementos? Terracotta wall paint code: Nippon Paint Wet Moccasin (NP N 1385 T)
  • Our cozy corner is a treasure trove of memories. The terrazzo ornaments, pampas grass in a rattan vase, and faux plant from IKEA all evoke a sense of nostalgia, reminding me of my carefree childhood days and the house we grew up in the desert. The camel figurines, a surprising find at Objet in JB, and other cherished items brought back from Dubai and Damam (KSA) add a personal touch- my 'preserved' wedding bouquet in satin ivory roses and silver . And above it all, hung a framed photo of Farouq and I, dressed in traditional Indian attire, capturing the joy and excitement of our wedding day. The image brings back fond memories of running in the rain (unplanned, of course). Terracotta wall paint code: Nippon Paint Wet Moccasin (NP N 1385 T)
  • These two beauties are among my favorite pieces in the living area. Our rattan wall light and mirror from IKEA perfectly complement the natural, bohemian vibe of our space. The soft glow of the wall light and the warm reflection of the mirror against the terracotta wall create a sun-kissed- ambiance, especially during golden hour or sunrise in the wee morn' -The mirror seems to capture the sunlight and illuminate the entire house! ( This picture was taken at 7 am in the morn' just the right time to capture subtle morning light) Terracotta wall paint code: Nippon Paint Wet Moccasin (NP N 1385 T)
