Hi there 👋🏻 Welcome to a realistic service yard of a 4-room BTO! You’ll see our trusty Samsung washing machine (9kg load) with a carpentry table made to put laundry pods (try their new 5-in-1 capsules!), laundry nets & pegs! 🧺🧼 
On the left, we have random supplies - pet bowl when our dog Benji comes for a staycay, laundry detergent, electric cleaning brush etc! We didn’t conceal the pipe as we figure it’ll make the space smaller! On the right, we have our laundry basket for home clothes, white clothes & outside clothes 👚 how do you differentiate laundry batches? 
The other side - our gas water heater from City Energy, our wet & dry vacuum cleaner from Tineco & our portable washing machine for socks 🧦 
A few reasons why we didn’t get a storage water tank heater 💧 1) bulky mass if it’s stored in the bathroom 2) 5 mins waiting time for water tank to heat up which doesn’t make sense as we pulled hot water to two basin taps too However, if you’re considering a gas heater, I believe it does increase water/gas/electricity bills (kindly do your own research as this is my imo) hehe 🧐 Some cleaning tools - Tineco (needed 1 repair luckily it was during the warranty period) & our portable washing machine so hubs doesn’t need to scrub the socks weekly! You do have to lug to and fro the bathroom to change up the water though 🤣 
Lastly, our Steigen Solar Pro Gen 2! Love how we can use an indoor drying laundry system to dry our clothes no matter the weather or time 🧺 It has Sol Ion technology for odour & dust mites too!
