We called this our Chill room. It used to be Guest room but it is under-utilized hence we decided to do a make-over. We wanted more of a boho, cosy, relaxing area where both adults and kids can enjoy. Usually me and her sisters will hang out in this room and the man will be outside at the living room. At times, the kids will use this as their playroom and even nap in here. This room is also where everyone prayed in. Hence we diyed the wall with 99 names of Allah. Best project ever ❤ Minor changes were made by replacing the rug, wall decor, add in new cushion covers and the rattan stools. Minor changes totally change the feels of the room. We recently installed the Prism fan and we match the colour of the blade to go with the blinds so it will be more cohesive. Will we ever get bored of this room? We know for 100% that we are totally obsessed with it. The featured wall we diyed and keep it simple. Nothing is permanent in this doom and we can always change the decor and layout. On the other side of the room, it is where we hang our prayer clothes and mat and keep it tidy. We also hang a mirror to make the space look larger. This area might change in future but at the moment, we love it this way. The chair we thrifted from Carousell. We decided to add this rattan shelve to completed with the theme we going for. It is an area where we place our travel collections. As for the door, we decided ro go for barn door design to match the other rooms and make it a statement piece.
