The entryway serves as the first impression of our cozy home. Umbrellas and floorball sticks are hidden behind the door. A hat and coat stand is placed at the corner to park bags that need to be easily accessed regularly. Our customized bookshelf allows for long bench seating, giving us the option to wear our shoes and socks there. 
The biggest challenge is to keep things both functional and aesthetic. To keep to the colour scheme of the flat with a neutral base with pop of colours, we door wrap the door with a cream white sticker. The digital lock makes entering and leaving the home a breeze without a need for keys. The ratten storage box stores most of the bags (school bags included) in the home. The bookshelf at the area also serves as shoes storage, hiding clutter from the main sight. Keeping only the necessities at the area while paying attention to the colour scheme helps us to achieve the aim of keeping the entryway both functional yet aesthetic.
