Welcome to the crème de la crème, pièce de résistance (iykyk 🤪) - our master bedroom! Our master bedroom is actually super simple, just the way we wanted it - minimalist & simple. To help achieve this, we opted for a built in wardrobe & a storage bedframe to help us achieve a clean, clutter-free look. To play around with the coziness of the space, we installed both day and night curtains. This is how the room looks in the day - with natural rays shining in! To have a good night’s sleep, a blackout curtain is a definite must have! Other than that, your bedding choice is super important as well. For us, we decided to go with Bedtribe’s Bamboo Ice Sheets - we’ve tried many different brands including Tempur’s bamboo sheets but nothing compares to Bedtribe’s Ice Sheets 🫶🏻 they are superior!!! The Mr doesn’t really fancy a quilt or a duvet so we went with a summer quilt instead. I actually love Bedtribe’s quilt cover because it’s equally as icy - maybe once I get a better quilt to go with it, the Mr can become a quilt convert hehe. Also, again, if you look at the bed frame and the bed side table, they are all full of curvesssss and in the same off white shade + Bouclé texture! Cozyyyyy This is probably my favourite way to unwind in the master bedroom! We have quite a number of lights in the bedroom - most of them are recessed lights but we have a LED cove lighting strip right at the back of the room and I love turning just that on for the ultimate cozy experience 😌 along with a drink and either a book, Spotify or a show! The ultimate wind down/self care routine typically includes playing a super chill or calming playlist (check out “SPA treatment” on Spotify), diffusing some lavender essential oil or spraying the room with a room spray, a cup of either whiskey or chrysanthemum tea and putting on the MegRhythm steam eye mask in Lavender or Rose scent - do give it a try and let me know how it goes!!!
