  • Join us on a tour through our kitchen, designed with both practicality and aesthetics in mind, and discover tips to empower your own culinary haven.
  • From the outset, we decided on a darker theme for our kitchen, a deliberate choice born from our love for heavy, oily cooking. This aesthetic not only exudes elegance but also serves as a practical solution for concealing the inevitable splatters and stains.
  • Recognising the perpetual need for ample prep space and storage, we made the bold decision to install double counters.
  • During the pre-renovation planning stage, we created mood boards to capture our kitchen vision.
  • We utilized Figma to design the kitchen tailored to our unique user behaviours.
  • We designed cupboards that seamlessly align with our daily cooking rituals. Here you'll see i've added the height of counter / length / size of appliances. Make all these micro decisions early on and share them with your contractor/interior designer.
  • We created the amateur 3d in Planner5d. This step ensured that our ideas seamlessly transformed into a tangible, functional space, that the lights sources were in good placements, that our measurements tally up.
  • We finalized our decisions on appliances early in the process. This allowed us to integrate every detail into our Planner5d 3d.
  • We have a little nook near the entrance of the kitchen where we store our cookbooks and poker cards. My only regret? Not installing a fan near the front of the kitchen As you embark on your kitchen design journey, draw inspiration from our experience. Whether it's color choices, spatial considerations, or the integration of technology, we hope you enjoyed the article.
