  • Why white? This is because, one of us love white and we made it happen. Secondly, it is easily to spot what is dirty and we can wipe it easily. We can't have colours in our house that prevents us from seeing dust and dirt. This is also good to keep the house in this kind of condition as for the long run, lesser maintenance.
  • What about the kids? Aren't you afraid of whites? Not at all, they were trained to draws on papers and we keep all the pencils, markers sealed tight in the drawer.
  • How do you make your kitchen island movable? By asking an I.D if its possible to have heavy duty wheels in the kitchen island. Out of 10 I.D we asked if it is possible, only 1 said can be done! In fact this kitchen island can even take in a persons weight sitting on it.
  • How do you maintained the floors? By sweeping, vacuum and steaming it. Sweep and vacuum we do daily while steaming it we do once a month.
  • What's the cost you need to consider when you hack part of a room and creating the dining room door? Hacking cost about $700 while the door cost us $2000. Well since we are not renovating the toilets, why not? Hehehe.
  • Why metal/steel door? Wood tend to get mouldy easily so we changed to this and its magnetic. We can stick a lot of thing inside the cupboard as reminders and memories and also storage for stationaries and books, not only for toys clothes and their duvets.
  • Why is your bedroom has a wood wardrobe? Well it is from IKEA and IKEA gives 10 years warranty. So why not? HEHEHE! And its cheaper then building one with contractor!
