  • The kitchen is the heart of our home. We spend a lot of time preparing and cooking food, so the layout and functionality is very important to us. We knocked down the kitchen wall to create an open concept kitchen design and build an island to have more spaces to do food preparation This is the part of our home with the most built in furniture.
  • The Breville Barista Express is a really good entry-level combination espresso machine that includes an in-built grinder. I was contemplating between Breville and Delonghi and selected Breville in the end. The main reasons for the decision are: 1. The brewing temperature is more consistent. 2. The frame built quality feels much sturdier. 3. Maintenance of parts is easier compared to Delonghi.
  • We started off using a wooden chopping board from Ikea. Even though we washed and dried it right after use, mold still started to form and grow within months. We saw a lot of other fellow content creators raving about the Modori chopping board and decided to get it instead! Review so far is that it has been fantastic; it's really lightweight, and no cut markings have developed after a couple of months of usage. 10/10 product, buy yours on HipVan!
  • Okay, every single kitchen you see is equipped with an Aesop handwash. I cannot deny that we had one too when we first moved in. However, let me introduce you guys to an alternative from Tamburins (Jennie ❤️)! We came across this brand during our recent trip to Seoul and fell in love with their handwash. The fragrance is super nice and therapeutic. Highly recommend Chamo!
  • I can only describe this faucet as life-changing. You never know how convenient a touch sensor faucet is until you own one! Gone are the days where you need to touch the handle with your oily hands. This faucet from Kohler is almost 1000 SGD in Singapore. One hack you can use to get it at 80% off is to buy from Amazon US and get it shipped here for free with Prime! Final price around SGD 200+—what a friggin steal. Follow our Insta page and drop us a DM for more info!
