After a long day at work, this is the space that we both look forward to - our cosy and minimal living room! The space for us to wind down and simply Netflix and chill :D In our previous home, we had the tv on top of the console and we could not fit our speakers seamlessly and beautify the console space. The Frame Samsung TV is definitely worth the splurge! More space for decor and our tv looked aesthetically pleasing! Did you know that Castlery sell AS-IS furnitures? We were elated to know! We got this AS-IS low in height TV console from Castlery. Many of us can agree that the TV console is the most underused + underrated item in our household space. We didn't wanna splurge so much on it and we were just so happy to get this off at 30% the original price. No scratches - checked, Walnut colour - checked, space for hiding ornaments - checked! More aesthetically pleasing decor fit for our AS-IS console! We had the 3 seater sofa previously, however we decided not to bring over to our second home. Castlery Issac L- shaped sofa caught our attention when we were shopping for furnitures. With limited space in our living room, this L-shaped sofa could actually accommodate more seats and super comfy for naps! :D Since we have 2 furbabies, we wanted our cats scratch post to be aesthetic as well. Our cats are savages when it comes to scratching fabric! The tatami alike scratch post seal the deal when we found it off shoppe! It blended in smoothly with our overall decor. And well of course, Sterra air purifier comes in handy to ward off pollutions and keep the cats fur at bay. Don't you just love it when you can just plonk yourself onto the soft cushions? We definitely do! H&M , SPOTLIGHT stores and Crate & Barrel has the most loveliest and beautiful pieces if we do say so ourself ;) 
Amongst all the items we had in our living room, this PRISM ceiling fan was the longest waiting item we had to endure. 7 weeks to be exact! I guess, good things comes to those who wait. Our PRISM fan is custom build to our liking from the colours of the blade to lighting to the casement. The partition wall that we didnt thought we need comes in fruition. We decided to get our contractor to build us this partition wall with the sliding glass door to segregate the space between the living room and kitchen. The idea of having this glass door was necessary as the kitchen is quite closed proximity to the living space and we want to ensure the smell of our cooking stays within the kitchen. During the evening, the sun set can be harsh and we did not want to install blinds. We engaged EVERYDAY CURTAINS to custom Linen blend for all of our windows. The colour we opt for is versatile that could go with our wall colours. Our paints and painters are from Benjamin Moore in colour - Soft Fern, Swiss Coffee & Chantilly Lace Since we wanted everything to be in unison, we decided to change the switches to Legrand switches which we got it at a great deal during shoppee sale. 
All of our lighting fixtures we got them from SHIOK LIGHTING. They have a wide array of lighting options and we bagged quite a bit for our home. Price point is a little on the high side but it was worth every penny we spent :D
