Moody and Minimalist Living Room - with no built-ins

Hello there! Welcome to our living room renders. For this area we decided to keep it really cosy and minimalistic. We love the idea to be able to shift things around thus we decided to have no built-ins in this area. The lights in this area is split into four main types: - Downlight on top of the TV to illuminate the general living room - cove light above the TV, shining towards the sofa for a more moody feel - fan light to brighten up the whole place when we want to - track light to shine on the wall behind the sofa, to highlight any frames we may want to place there in the future. To switch things up a little, we decided to have a limewash tv ‘feature wall’! As our whole theme is dark we wanted this area to pop out a little but yet still being consistent with our theme so we decided on lime washing the wall. This will be a diy project so stay tuned! 
This is how is looks like when you first walked into the living room! The balcony was already leveled so we decided to keep it that way. We are planning to have a small dining table where the balcony is. Because this area has limited space, we might get a foldable dining table instead to be set up when we have guest over. When it’s just the two of us, we will be eating at the living area where the coffee table will be at so that we can watch tv while we eat. We are planning to get the coffee table from Taobao, one that ideally can be pulled up. Also, there was a wall previously between the living and foyer area, we decided to hack the wall to make the whole area more open and spacious.
