  • Hello Hipvan Ideas community! Step into our living room, where you’ll often find me either binge-watching the latest episode of Selling Sunset or catching up on YouTube favorites.
  • As you step into our home, this is the first welcoming sight. With soft lighting, playful décor accents, and a peek at the cozy mini balcony, this space invites you in, setting the perfect mood for relaxation. The tabletop décor also serves a practical purpose—it acts as a subtle distraction for anyone who might glance inside when the door is open, however rare it might be. It adds a layer of charm while keeping curious eyes focused on the fun details instead of peering further into our space!
  • We’re lucky to have an abundance of natural light that transforms our space into a cozy retreat for relaxation. To complete the space, we opt for a acrylic table to create the illusion of floating objects and to make the space look bigger. It perfectly complements the room's airy vibe, though we’ve had a couple of friends accidentally trip over it! The patterned rug ties everything together, bringing warmth and character, even if it takes a bit more effort to keep clean.
  • Working with the usual constraints of an HDB space without hacking any wall, our dining table naturally sits right beside the living room. Instead of dividing the areas, we opted for furniture that blends seamlessly, creating a cohesive and open feel throughout the space.
  • I hope you’ve enjoyed this brief tour of our cozy space! I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether "Moody Scandi" captures the essence of our home perfectly. We’re still getting the hang of posting on this platform, but we can’t wait to share more with you soon! Stay tuned!
