Hi everyone, welcome back to our balcony!🤭 In today’s post, we’ll be focusing on our plants, both real and fake ones!💚 
I started getting into plants during Covid because sis needed a hobby then.😂 After a few years of being a plant mum, I’ve learnt that the less you care, the more they thrive lol. With the right conditions of course haha. Previously some plants were kept indoors in the rooms and living rooms but they didn’t do so well. So all our plants at home has been shifted into the balcony in this corner (except for the one money plant in the office room) and they’ve been thriving since!🥹👍🏻 We have a mix of some fake plants as well because they obviously require less maintenance and can be placed anywhere. They’re great for people that don’t have a green thumb but still want to bring greenery into your homes. A tip for getting fake ones is to get the ones that look super real and are high quality! They’re a bit more pricey but it’s definitely worth the splurge because they literally last forever!💯 Another faux plant that’s the centre piece of the shelf in the living room.🤩 
Of course, being a plant parent comes with a fair share of losses along the way. A moment of silence for some of these beauties that I’ve lost along the way.🥲 Only the top left booby cactus is still surviving up to now as you can see in the second photo previously.💚 Most of them died because of our fur babies haiz. And lastly, another moment of silence for this gorgeous variegated banana AKA musa aeae which died because I couldn’t keep up with how fast it was growing. Started from a tiny shoot with 2 leaves and grew into a tree within a few months.🥲 So other plant parents considering getting this, be warned! It had the most beautiful variegation I’ve seen in a plant and will forever remain my favourite.💚 
Such beauty!🥹 Now this is my most priced plant, a variegated monstera. Also very pretty and gives me a new leaf every few weeks.😍 Very low maintenance and easy to care for as well!
