  • We placed our washer and dryer stack in our common toilet since we didn’t have a service yard and wanted more space and to keep our kitchen neat. Happy that we decided not to have any overhead cabinets so that we can really have more space and a less cluttered feel even with the washer dryer stack.
  • We are also very happy we managed to find a sink that matches the colour theme and comes in a nice shape. We chose to keep the same sintered stone choice as our kitchen counter for our vanity top.
  • We initially wanted to re-tile our common toilet walls and floor as the HDB tiles were too glossy and in a weird colour. But decided to settle on just plastering the walls instead since our common toilet would be used as a powder room instead of a shower. Thankfully our ID helped us to add some texture to the walls to add character to our toilet at a much lower cost compared to re-tiling.
  • We also choose the tiles with more texture to match the walls and theme. turned out looking and feeling great. Overwall really happy with the simple and minimal feel our of common toilet.
