We are glad to be back in the Season 9 Ambassador Program and we'll kickstart our S9 journey featuring our study room! This is the only room in our house without built-ins, as we want to keep it flexible, if we have kids in the future, or helper, etc. In keeping with the cozy-dark-luxury theme of our home, the study room has naturally taken on the feel of a sophisticated "man cave"—a refined yet moody retreat designed for both focus and unwinding. This is a pic taken approximately 2 months after we moved in (June 2024)- very minimal with the now defunct dog bed (it started leaking cotton 3 months ago and we had to throw it away!). The space is anchored by bold, dark-toned furniture, a striking black geometric sideboard that we both still love. 10 months in, nothing much has changed for this corner of the room - except stationeries were added. Oh and the Lavas Diffuser Stones have been working super well thus far! And.. we have a new addition in another corner of the room! Another black cabinet would make the space look extra heavy and gloomy, and hence we opted a walnut wood, japanese-style semi-open cabinet here. This is the cabinet where the mrs put all her crystals, art, oracle, tarots cards and esoteric/new age spiritualist books~ ps. Most of the crystals are not featured here This is how it looks like from the study room entrance! Probably because of the wide-angle camera setting, the cabinets look smaller than it is in real life! Ft. his new bed that he rarely sleeps on! he prefers the chair beside me.
