While Shoji doors certainly add a touch of beauty to our space, they come with a less obvious challenge: dust accumulation on their wooden lattice frames. Cleaning these doors manually with a dry cloth is a time-consuming task... Especially since both sides need to be cleaned. With the number of doors in our home, this task becomes even more demanding. To make cleaning more manageable, we decided to invest in a mini handheld vacuum cleaner. This lightweight tool, equipped with interchangeable nozzles, efficiently removes dust and makes maintaining our doors much easier. We've found that using the brush attachment is especially effective, delivering a more thorough clean and reducing the time spent on cleaning. What are some cleaning tips/hacks you have? Do share with us :) Also, if you haven't, follow us on IG @houseofgoodcheer!
