What we love about our warm and cosy home

This week we are showing some of our favourite features and spaces in our home! Starting off with this play area that is one of our favourite spaces in the home. We initially did not know what to do with this space but decided to turn it into my son's play area which turns out to be one of the most utilised spaces in the home. It is next to the living and dining space, which is perfect for us to keep an eye on our kid. Some of our favourite features of this space is the cute alphabet board on the wall and the montessori shelf, which is great to display toys so that it is easy to reach for my son. The basket is also really useful to keep the mess away! We also love how the space has zero built-ins, so that the space can be kept flexible and can grow with our needs.
The next space is our dining table. This is the heart of the home where the family gathers everyday for meals. We host quite frequently as well, sharing good meals on this table with our friends and family. Our favourite feature of this space is that it on an elevated ground and is next to the play area - which makes it much easier to watch our kid while we eat!

This is another space that we love in our home; our little reading/chillout corner. For me, I occasionally set up my walking pad here and try to hit my daily step count while watching my favourite shows.
